Yes, this app requires an active Creditsafe subscription with API access. During setup, you will need to authenticate with your Creditsafe credentials.
Although Leapware offers the app free of charge, it requires an active, API-enabled Creditsafe subscription to operate. Creditsafe charges an annual integration fee starting at €1,000 for API access.
In addition to the annual license fee, retrieving reports consumes Creditsafe credits at their standard rates: Typically, one credit per report, plus one additional credit if you choose to download the PDF.
Reports for specific regions, such as Japan and Mexico, cost two credits each.
No, the app will never delete your companies. Although the technical scope required for installation includes deletion rights, our app is designed to never use them. Additionally, the app only updates the custom properties that it creates; it does not modify your existing HubSpot fields.
The app currently supports immediate data retrieval for companies in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Support for Italy, Japan, and Mexico will be added soon.
You can use the advanced search feature on the HubSpot app to find a specific company using criteria such as VAT number, city, or street address. Searching the global Creditsafe database is free and does not consume any credits. Credits are only used when you officially link the company and/or request the full report.
The application interface and retrieved credit reports currently support English and Dutch. To provide a seamless experience, the app's interface automatically adapts to match your HubSpot user language settings. If another language is set, the interface defaults to English.
