  • Third Party Data: Our App enriches your CRM data with business information sourced from third-party data providers and public business registries.

4. Purpose of Processing We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the App functionality (Performance of Contract).
  • To validate and enrich business data within your HubSpot environment.
  • To bill and collect payments for the Service.
  • To improve our website and services (Legitimate Interest).
  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax retention, data supplier audit requirements).

5. Legal Basis We process your personal data based on:

  • Contract: Necessary for the performance of the Agreement (Terms of Service) regarding the use of the App.
  • Consent: For non-essential cookies or specific marketing communications.
  • Legitimate Interest: For ensuring the security of our network and improving our services.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third parties necessary to provide the Service ("Sub-processors") or where required by law.

  • Hosting & Infrastructure:
    • Heroku (Salesforce, Inc.): Hosting of the application logic and database.
    • HubSpot, Inc.: Integration with your CRM platform.
  • Data Suppliers:
    • Data Suppliers: External commercial databases and public registries: To verify business entities and enrich CRM data.
  • Analytics:
    • Google Analytics: To analyze website traffic and usage trends.
    • LinkedIn: For B2B marketing attribution (where applicable).

7. International Transfers Our primary servers (Heroku/HubSpot) are configured within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, some of our service providers (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google) are headquartered in the United States. Any transfer of data to the US is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Data Retention We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of the Agreement plus 2 years.
  • Financial Records: Retained for 7 years (Tax obligation).

9. Security We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.

  • All data transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
  • Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

10. Your Rights (GDPR) You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data by Leapware. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer to our Privacy Officer.
