Business Essentials 1.0.0 - Release notes

Business Essentials goes live

In order to get accepted in the HubSpot market place The HubSpot  Ecosystem Quality team is currently reviewing the app.  We accept to pass that review in a week or so, after which the app will be generally available in the HubSpot App Marketplace.

This version contains two additional features, and some improvements and fixes.

New features

Leapware Business Essentials now ships with two built-in workflow actions:

• Retrieve new data refreshes the data from the business registry (KvK or chamber of commerce). This is useful in scenarios where you want to update the data when a match with the business registry is already there.

• Automatch companies searches unmatched companies in the Business Registry (by looking up name in combination with address, postal code and city) and sets the registration number in case it returns just one match. The status of the automatch operation is maintained in the fields lbe_automatch_status and lbe_datetime_automatch.

Improvements

•  For clients migrating from KvK Scanner to Business Essentials the custom property lbe_registration_number will be set to the legacy property kvk_nummer to ensure that companies do not need another search. As requesting a new report costs a credit, this data is not yet retrieved automatically. The Business Registry card will show the message that a match was made (between a HubSpot company and the KvK) but no report has been requested yet.

Fixes

• Advanced Search now correctly splits a HubSpot street into a streetname and housenumber so search works better.
