How to search and link companies in the Business Essentials app

It searches for you. You confirm the match.

Open a company record with the app card in place and Business Essentials searches the business registry straight away, on company name alone. Often that is enough: review the results, pick the right registration number, confirm. When the name is too common or none of the results fit, advanced search lets you narrow down on KVK number, RSIN, vestigingsnummer, address or city, and filter on main office, branch office or legal entity.
