Moving from KvK Scanner to Business Essentials

Why this is happening?
Earlier this year, Leapforce moved its HubSpot marketplace app development into a new company: Leapware. Business Essentials is Leapware's second app, following the Creditsafe app released earlier this year. Leapware Business Essentials is the next generation of the KvK Scanner that you already rely on, rebuilt on a more capable foundation.
What's new in Business Essentials?
- More KvK fields than the original KvK Scanner integrated at launch
- Two HubSpot workflow actions for unattended enrichment
- A foundation built to expand: Belgium and Germany are planned later this year
What stays exactly the same?
The new app is fully backwards compatible. Your existing bag_* and kvk_* custom properties are carried over as-is. New enrichments made through Business Essentials write back into those same properties, so any workflows, lists, or reports you've already built keep working without changes.

What it costs?
- Switching itself is free.
- Switch before October 15, 2026 and your first year on Business Essentials is billed at your current KvK Scanner rate, €588/year, rather than the standalone new-customer price.
- Enrichment still runs on credits. The upgrade doesn't include free enrichment credits, if you have a large number of existing records to enrich (for example, several thousand companies), you'll want a credit pack: 10,000 credits for €400.
- Already bought a bulk update from KvK Scanner but didn't use it all? Unused KvK Scanner bulk-update credits don't carry over automatically. Email us and we'll manually add the equivalent credit bundle to your new Business Essentials account.
Standalone pricing (for anyone switching after October 15, or on the regular new-customer plan) is €60/month, billed annually (1,000 credits per month included).
